• The school is intended for children , who have finished 9th class, compulsory education in a Specialized Primary School or Primary School. It is focused on a specialized classes or like indivudually integrated pupils with a special type of education  needs
• Education is customized to the needs of the pupils who are prepared for simple professions, especially teenagers with disability. The thesis of this education are composed to:

• POLYGRAPHY PRODUCE (bookbinder),
• AGRICURTURAL  PRODUCE (gardener),
• NURSING CARE (health assistant),
• LEATHER PRODUCE – REPAIRING FOOTWEAR (shoemaker),
• TRADE OPERATION – MEAL PREPARATION (cook),
• TRADE OPERATION – HOUSEWORK AND SERVICES,
• TEXTILE PRODUCE – FOLK PRODUCTION,
• TRADE OPERATION – GOODS TRADE (shopping assistant),
• PASTRYCOOKS MANUFACTURING (confectioners),
• CONSTRUCTING – PAINTING WORK (painter).

POLYGRAPHY PRODUCE focused on bookbinder

• Work with paper, paperboard and machines helps students to acquire new knowledges and skills.
• Students learns how to make bookbinding materials – brochures, blocks, registry boards, hardbound, memorials, albums, children's puzzles etc.
• They are producing hand-made paper and products, working with copy machine.

After education acquisition the students are ready to work as individual bookbinders or asistants of bookbinders in industrial production, in printers or photocopy facilities and bookbinder services.

AGRICURTURAL  PRODUCE focused on gardenering – florists, greengrocer, planter

• Students are able to prepare and process soil, prepare the seed for sowing, cultivate plants and flowers.
• They have ability to protect plants against illnesses and insect, to harvest, to treat and trade with plants.
• Students will learn how to spread and maintain the grass.
• They retrieve basics of plant arranging skills.

 After education acquisition the students are prepared to work in areas of gardening, sowing as individual gardeners by trading with flowers, plants, fruits and vegetables.

NURSING CARE focused on medical devices and institutions of social care

• Pupils will learn how  to maintain purity and hygiene on a high level.
•  They will obtain basic abilities to take care about patients, work in a laundry services, sewing workshops, work in kitchen - praparation and selection of raw materilas for cooking.
• Studens will learn social communication on a high level.

After education acquisition the students are able to work in medical and social institutions as health assistants.

TRADE OPERATION focused on meal preparation

• The work includes preparation and treatment of basic raw materials, manufacturing hot and cold meals and drinks, simple desserts etc.
• We can include here dishwashing, help works in kitchen

After education acquisition the students are able to work as cook assistants in restaurants, hotel and recreation institutions.

INNOVATION IN EDUCATION

Our priority is to help all our students to find a job counting with their disability.

We follow to examine the needs of the labor market and evaluate them in the project which helps us to gain grant of EU Social Fund.

We constantly adapting the thesis of the education to aim a better future for our students.

New training thesis:

• 2005/06 – TRADE OPERATION - HOUSEWORK AND SERVICES,
• 2006/07 – experimental class - TEXTILE PRODUCE – FOLK PRODUCTION,
• 2007/08 – experimental class - TRADE OPERATION – GOODS TRADE,
• 2008/09 - PASTRYCOOKS MANUFACTURING,
• 2009/10 - CONSTRUCTING – PAINTING WORK.

TRADE OPERATION focused on housework and services

• This education is specially prepared for girls to:

• Individually work on sewing machine,
• Help works in kitchen,
• Houseworking,
• Table manners,
• Washing and ironing.

 After education acquisition the students are able to work in a hotels, pensions and recreation institutions, for example clothing and cleaning services.

TEXTILE PRODUCE  focused on folk production

• The educational thesis are for boys and girls with adequate manual skills, esthetics feeling, relationship to folk habbits based on patience and perseverance.
• Disability of lower extremities is not an obstacle.
• Students will learn how to make and design house accessories: handmade sewing, patchwork, weaving, embroidery, knitting or hacking.

After education acquisition the students are able to work in entrepreneurship as self-employess and in sheltered workshops.

TRADE OPERATION focused on goods trade

• The educational thesis are for boys and girls with adequate mobility and manual skills.
• Students  will obtain basics on good trade, loading and handling goods, measuring, preparing and sorting goods,  arranging and using differen kind of materials.

After education acquisition the students are able to work in commercial shops, hypermarkets.

 

LEARNING AND GRADUATING

• The trainings lasts 3 years in all apprenticeships
• The theoretical teaching is hold in the building of the school, trainings and practices are on their own workplaces, but started also (in the second and third classes) outside the school – at the premises.
• In the first and second class the theoretical teaching and practical training are weekly rotating, in the third class the students are 1 day on theoretical teaching and 4 days on professional training.
• Avarage number of pupils in classroom are 7 – 8
• The preparations of the students comes to end after the final examination and by obtaining a certificate of apprenticeship or by overall rating and obtaining a certificate of training
• Thanks to the resources of European Social Fund our school is actively cooperating on personal preparations of pupils for work and also helping to graduates to find their first job.
